Juanis is the founder & CEO of the Ciang Global, Inc. He is the ultimate visionary of the organization, and he is responsible for managing, leading, developing and implementing that vision. He is also a skilled leader who brings organizational, communications, leadership, management, and recruitment skills to the Ciang Global, Inc. His ability to organize, recruit, manage, disciple, lead and motivate by bringing passion and knowledge of the communities that the Ciang Global, Inc.
DR. H. MALCOLM NEWTON
ADVISOR
Dr. H. Malcolm Newton, a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. An Pan-Africanist and Urban Theologian and Educator. Dr. Newton is a graduate Cheyney University of Pennsylvania and Harvard University. Post-graduate studies at Oxford University in the UK and University of Cape town, South African in Peace and Conflict Resolutions. He is the Co-founder of the African Chamber of Commerce of Colorado, USA, Founder of United Alliance for African Communities, USA and Founder and CEO of Pan-African Business Council. He is the author of three books to include “Can The Black Family Be Saved.” He contributes his success to his grandmother who laid the foundation for Global Leadership and Resilience.
NATHAN WUNNLAND
CONSULTANT / ADVISOR
Mr. Wunnland is a longtime friend, mentor, and advisor of Juanis. He and Juanis worked together in developing ASDF (African Sustainable Development Foundation) for many years in Denver, Colorado, USA, developing and growing the organization to become where it is today. Mr. Wannlund earned both MA and MBA in Colorado State University and he is career driven, worked in many industries as well as he is an entrepreneur. He recently founded Mettle Beverage company in 2025.
He currently assisting us a consultant and advisor in which he brings passion, insights and expertise in entrepreneurship and life-long work experience. He is originally from California, but he and his family moved to Denver, Colorado, USA since he was in his teenager tender.
DR. PETER W. VAN ARSDALE
ADVISOR
Dr. Peter W. Van Arsdale, named by the Denver Museum of Nature and Science as “Denver’s own Indiana Jones,” Peter Van Arsdale, Ph.D., has had the opportunity to span the world during a 50 year career. He has worked or traveled on all seven continents, as well as the major island groups in the Caribbean, Pacific, and Mediterranean. In the humanitarian sphere, he is the co-founder of The Denver Hospice, the Rocky Mountain Survivors Center, and the Humanitarian Assistance Program at the University of Denver’s Josef Korbel School of International Studies. Although retired from the University of Denver in 2020, he remains active there as a Global Fellow. Many of his current projects involve Rotary International, while also advising (pro bono) on several other.

Ms. Nyatut Pal has diverse work background and always been passion about entrepreneurship and wishing to become a business owner one day although she had done some business experimentation on food industry where she initially started her own business but didn’t work out as she expected. She learned from it although she is still having a vision of having her own business someday. In fact, Ms. Nyatut has already been helping us in developing network and collaboration with the community she represents regarding “Sudanese” particularly “Naath” [Nuer} across the Mid-west of the United States
We’re now glad she joins our team as an Assistant Advisor and Network team member.
STEVE WERNER
ADVISOR
Mr. Steve Werner is an international development consultant after a 25 year career working with large NGOs, such as CARE, Habitat for Humanity, Water For People, and the International Society for the Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect. His major focus is capacity building, program development and evaluation, fundraising planning, and board development. He served in Peace Corps – Korea as a two-year volunteer from 1976 – 1978 and Peace Corps Response Volunteer – Georgia from 2016 – 2017. He has served in Rotary, through the Rotary Club of Denver Southeast, since 1989 and still serves at the club, District and International levels as a Water and Sanitation specialist. He has served in Leadership San Antonio, the Kellogg National Leadership Program, and the Salzburg Seminar. He is a past board chair of the National Peace Corps Association. Steve along with other Denver area Rotarians helped to develop the partnership between Peace Corps and Rotary and he is the charter president of Partnering for Peace: Friends of Peace Corps and Rotary. He has three grown children and five grandchildren.
ANGELINA KEAK

Ms. Angelina S. Keak is a passionate young woman that has done diverse work backgrounds and industries and has so much inspirational in the community regarding “Sudanese” especially Naath [Nuer) people. She has networking, communication, and outreach aspects as well as she has so much respect in her community. Mr. Keak has been a huge supportive of our firm in the past two-three years (e. g. doing advertising, outreach, and advising her friends, colleagues, and community members to support us and to get help by referring them to us with help, advice, mentoring, coaching, and to gain financial education.
She also has been reaching to youth who might have hard time or have disadvantaged in the community, so Ms. Keak is inspired and interested in joining our team which she brings rich experiences, expertise, and people person skills.
Rev. John Gok Badeng
ASSISTANT ADVISOR
Reverend John Gok Badeng is an active Senior Pastor of the Nile Lutheran Chapel Church in Omaha, Nebraska, and Rev. John Badeng was recently in 2024 elected as the Chairman of the South Sudanese Nuer Nebraska Council of Churches -SSNNCC, which was reorganized on October 20, 1999 in the State of Nebraska. It is a purpose to support the ministerial services and leadership to the Southern Sudanese congregation in the State of Nebraska. The (SSNNCC) shall work to achieve spiritual in gospel for the salvation of God; we ask God’s wisdom and blessed for the social cultural norms of the Southern Sudanese as followers:
Mentoring the South Sudanese Church leaders to educate and train leaders of all ages.
Weave Youth groups and Young Leaders focus groups into the fabric of best practices for cohesive, connected worships.
One goal of this strategy is to increase the number of Southern Sudanese congregations in their worship and in which all people invited to worship are able to see themselves in God’s story and in the worship experience.
Develop a full partnership between all Denominations.
Rev. John Badeng is bringing so much insights and experiences into our team and his role is to consult and advising community members who might have barrier circumstances and issues through conflict resolution and pivoting options to solve whatever issues might be raised both in the business and community.
